1/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp Vanilla
3.5 ounces all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tspn baking soda
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Rolled oats
1/2 Cup Coconut Flake
1/2 Cup macadamia nuts chop

all above ingredients at room temperature nha

Cách Làm:

Preheat oven 375

1. dùng máy đánh trứng đánh butter and Sugar until combined

2. add egg and vanilla and beat khoãng 1 minute

3. combine flour,,baking soda,,salt vào một tô ......

4. add (3) vào butter mixture and beat on medium until flour is mostly incorporated

5. add oatmeal,,,chocolate,,coconut,,and nuts

6. scoop one spoonful vào trong cooking sheet

7. bake 9 phút

8. ...lấy bánh ra liền,,,bỏ bánh lên baking rack cho bánh cool down
